Bookings & Cancellation – Terms & Conditions

  1. FREE delivery for orders over $80 within 10km of Heidelberg West, otherwise a $20 fee will apply.
  2. Payment terms for corporate accounts can be negotiated with a maximum of 30 days.
  3. Bookings of $220 or less must be paid at the time of order
  4. Function/ Event catering require 50% deposit on confirmation and balance due within 5 days of function/event.
  5. Payments may be made by any of the following:
    • VISA, Mastercard and Bankcard (2% charge)
    • AMEX and Diners attract (3.5% charge)
    • Direct Debit
    • Cash
    • Cheque

  7. Cancellation fees apply:
    • Everyday Corporate Catering
      • For smaller “sandwich style” catering 6 hours notice is required for no fee. Less than 6 hours the full amount is payable.
    • Event Catering
      • Deposits required for functions will be required in a timely manner. Usual practice for deposits is 50% of the estimated value of the function.
      • Once a confirmation is gained, 50% of the deposit is non refundable if cancelled within 6 days of event. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
      • Reductions in numbers will not be accepted within 6 working days of the event. Increases will be accepted within 48 hours of the event
  8. Breakages or losses of equipment, glassware or crockery shall be charged to the client at the applicable replacement costs.
  9. Staffing: Rates are charged at a minimum of 4 hour for chefs & wait staff.
